Policy brief: Recommendation on openness about age in applications

The Danish Institute of Human Rights has conducted a review of a large number of cases of age discrimination from the Equal Treatment Board. The review paints a picture of how it can be difficult to lift the burden of proof and uphold the claim of age discrimination.

This policy brief is only accessible in Danish. Read more about the publication on our Danish website here.

We strive to make the pdf versions of our publications etc. accessible for screen readers. If you experience any problems, please contact Digital Editor Stine Juhl Nielsen on stni@humanrights.dk
