Policy brief: Anbefaling om bekæmpelse af LGBTI + -relateret diskrimination og hadforbrydelser
The Danish Institute of Human Rights recommends that gender identity, gender expressions and gender characteristics be added to section 81, no. 6 of the Criminal Code, so that it is explicitly stated that hate crimes directed at a person's gender identity, gender expressions and gender characteristics are also aggravating circumstances under the Penal Code.
