The report provides an overview of the human rights and developments regarding Deportation and extradition. We then look at four themes with recommendations for improving the human rights protection in Denmark:
- Deportation of foreigners who have committed crime
- Deportation of terrorist suspects
- The use of diplomatic guarantees
- Foreigners on tolerated stay
The report is in Danish, but contains an English summary on page 6.
