This report gives a status on human rights and unregistered migrants in 2018.

In this report we provide an overview of human rights and developments regarding unregistered migrants. We then look at four themes with recommendations for improving the human rights protection in Denmark:
- Unregistered migrants' access to healthcare
- Unregistered homeless people access to accommodation
- Criminalization of homeless migrants
- Abuse, exploitation and trafficking of unregistered migrants
