Digital communication in the municipalities
The report examines how the state and the municipalities provide information and guidance on the mandatory digital communication.

In this report the particular focus is on elderly and disabled people, socially vulnerable and ethnic minorities.
Among other things, the report collected information through two surveys, partly to the municipalities and partly to the municipal elderly, disabled, vulnerable and integration councils. Response rates from both studies are approx. 70, which gives a good picture of the conditions around the country.
The report is in Danish, but contains an English summary on page 10.
